The world just isn’t the same anymore when parents cry. There’s not much more you can bear when parents cry. Peace is replaced with pain, and little comfort is up for gain. When parents cry so too do you. Even if you don’t understand why they cry. Parents are precious too.
The Father – the glory of his children and the strength of his herd.
The Mother – the courageous longsuffering of love tenderly wrought in her lips of truth and mercy. She must bring forth the wisdom needed to grow her babes: for they who will not grow, and grow well, the same shall die many deaths.
Parents have names you know. They have names and aren’t without pain. But there is a grace which has been bestowed upon their shoulders to carry such a weight – The Family. And one who will serve their Maker is one who is blessed.
Remember this truth – parents have names, too.
Lord, I pray your Spirit and truth instruct, teach and guide those parents who will and have surrender all to you. Let you mercy and truth be wrapped around their necks. By faith Lord, I pray you in your name my King, Jesus.
Parents, He knows you. The Lord knows you and knew you long before time. He knows your name. Therefore, believe, and seek wise counsel. Get determined to see good fruit in the lives of your family by faith in the will and wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Cling to His holy scriptures.
Praise you the LORD!
“Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.”
“Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.”
